Royal Commission EPC and EPO
We prepare Environmental Permit to Construct and Environmental Permit to Operate applications for facilities in Royal Commission cities, under the Royal Commission Environmental Regulations 2025.
Request a proposalOverview
Facilities in Royal Commission industrial cities follow the Royal Commission Environmental Regulations 2025 (RCER-2025) rather than the NCEC permit route. They need an Environmental Permit to Construct (EPC) and an Environmental Permit to Operate (EPO), and the Royal Commission sets the facility category from the Environmental Screening Questionnaire.
We prepare the questionnaire, the supporting studies and the applications, and we track EPO renewals.
In brief, from our library
Facilities in Royal Commission industrial cities need an Environmental Permit to Construct (EPC) and an Environmental Permit to Operate (EPO). The Royal Commission sets the facility category from the Environmental Screening Questionnaire. The EPO is valid for 5 years, and the renewal form is due 6 months before it expires.Royal Commission Environmental Regulations 2025, Volumes I, II and III
