Who we are

Hills and Field Company Limited is a Saudi-registered environmental and sustainability consultancy. We help developers, contractors and operators get their projects permitted and keep them compliant, from the first site survey to the permit to operate and, at the end of a project's life, closure.

NCEC permits and compliance are the core of our work. Around them we carry out the baseline surveys, ecology studies, monitoring and modelling those permits rely on, and the sustainability work clients need for certification and reporting. We work under NCEC and the Royal Commission, and to Saudi Aramco environmental standards on Aramco projects.

We do our own surveys, sampling and monitoring, so the data behind every study is data we stand behind.
Licensed for the work
NCEC only accepts studies, plans and measurements from service providers it has licensed. We hold that licence.

Our advice points to the regulation article it comes from, so you can check it and rely on it.

NCEC Type A licence: Environmental service provider licence ELESL-2025-000073, Type A, issued by the National Center for Environmental Compliance.
ISO 9001: Certified quality management system.
ISO 14001: Certified environmental management system.
ISO 45001: Certified occupational health and safety management system.
Royal Commission: Approved by the Royal Commission for EIA, groundwater and noise studies in Jubail and Yanbu.
