Library guides are general information
Our library explains Saudi environmental regulations, deadlines and fines, and shows the regulation article behind each point. We write it carefully and check it against the official texts, but:
- It is general information, not legal advice or advice on your project. Whether a rule applies to you depends on your facts.
- Regulations change. NCEC, the Royal Commission and other authorities update their texts, and there can be a delay before a guide reflects a change.
- The official regulation text always prevails over our summary. Check it before you act, and keep it as your reference in any dealings with an authority.
- Fines and deadlines are shown as written in the regulations. An authority may apply them differently in a specific case.
If you find something out of date or wrong, every guide has a link to request a change, or email info@hillsnfield.com. For advice on your own project, talk to our team.
Links and official documents
Regulation texts and other documents open on the website of the authority that published them. We do not host copies. We are not responsible for the content or availability of other websites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.
Our services and proposals
Describing a service on this site is not an offer. Our work is carried out under a written proposal or contract agreed with each client, and those documents, not this website, set out the scope, fees and responsibilities.
Content and trademarks
The text, photographs, design and the Hills & Field name and logo belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, print and share our guides for your own work, with a link back to the page. Please do not copy the site or republish the guides in bulk without our written permission.
Regulation texts belong to the authorities that issued them. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to illustrate our project experience.
Using the site
Please do not misuse the site: do not try to break or overload it, gain access to systems you are not allowed to use, scrape it automatically at scale, or use the contact form to send spam or harmful content.
Limits on our liability
The site and the library are provided as they are. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of Saudi Arabia, or our obligations under a contract with a client.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
