Green building and LEED
We manage LEED certification from the first scorecard to the final review, and keep the documentation on track through design and construction.
Request a proposalOverview
LEED is the green building rating system of the US Green Building Council (USGBC). Projects earn credits for energy, water, materials, indoor environment and site, and the total sets the certification level.
Most of the effort is in documentation that runs alongside design and construction. We plan the credit strategy early, coordinate with your design and site teams, and prepare the submission.
