Form PA-G1: General application

What the form covers

• Applicant: names in English and Arabic, owner and operator, location, land block and lot, contacts, site area, lease details, and whether the facility is new, existing or a modification
• Operational activities: process description, operating schedule, raw materials and products, technology suppliers, unit operations, energy, water use, wastewater, waste, air emissions, and tanks and ponds
• Site plans
• Land use planning, for new or modified facilities within the boundaries of an existing site
• Construction activities

Documents the form asks for

• Commercial Registration and industrial licence
• Saudi Energy Efficiency Center (SEEC) certificate, for new facilities including those reconstructed, modified or expanded
• RC Safety Security Certificate or High Commission for Industrial Security certificate
• Land Coordinate Diagram (LCD) and the city plot plan showing the project site
• Front and signature pages of the land lease agreement
• Groundwater baseline study report, where the site has areas with known or potential groundwater contamination (Section 4)

Before you submit

• Answer every question. Where one does not apply, write “None” or “NA”.^{3RCER-2025 Vol. II, Section 2.1(b) to (e) (page 8)}
• Put the forms in the order of Figure 2.^{1RCER-2025 Vol. II, Section 2, Figure 2 (page 9)}
